Fundamentals of Affordable Housing Finance

This training will focus on affordable housing finance fundamentals and is designed for affordable housing development process participants with limited or no direct experience in securing and structuring subsidy, debt and/or equity financing for affordable or mixed-income rental or ownership housing developments. The targeted audience includes staff who do not work directly in finance but would like to have a better general understanding of finance fundamentals along with board members, housing advocates, and/or public sector actors for whom a better understanding of affordable housing finance would be useful.
